The Care Support Service
The Care Support Service is a vital aspect of the Lifetime Care range. At the time of claim it offers practical assistance in arranging a tailor-made care package for each client and the capacity to listen to the concerns and apprehensions customers can experience before, during and after the onset of illness. Both are fundamental to being able to offer sound help and advice.
Telephone helplines provide customers with immediate access to support and information. Lifetime Care has experienced staff who are trained to the highest standards and their extensive abilities and experience of dealing with a wide range of long term care situations mean that they are able to listen to and understand the concerns of customers and their families.
